Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They are widely used to make websites work and to provide information to site owners and third parties.
2. Cookies we set
DataShift Tools itself does not set first-party cookies for tracking. File conversion runs entirely in your browser and requires no cookies.
3. Third-party advertising cookies
We display ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may set cookies to deliver and measure ads. The exact cookies depend on your region and consent choices. Typical cookies include:
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| IDE | Google DoubleClick | Ad delivery and personalisation | Advertising |
| __gads | Ad delivery and frequency capping | Advertising | |
| __gpi | Ad personalisation | Advertising | |
| NID | Preferences and ad personalisation | Advertising | |
| FCCDCF / FCNEC | Stores consent choices (Consent Mode) | Consent | |
| test_cookie | Google DoubleClick | Checks whether the browser accepts cookies | Advertising |

4. Consent
Where required (EEA, UK, Switzerland), non-essential advertising cookies are only set after you give consent through our Google-certified consent dialog, which works with Google Consent Mode. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the dialog.
5. How to control cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of personalised advertising via Google Ads Settings or optout.aboutads.info. Blocking cookies may affect the ads you see but not the core conversion features, which do not rely on cookies.
